Daiya Foods set out to prove that food can be flavourful and delicious for every dietary need. With the introduction of their dairy-free cheese, Daiya has become as much a community as it is a manufacturer.

The new Daiya website features a warm, friendly design with large, rich images. We built a “Where to Buy” tool using JavaScript and Google Maps that displays retail and restaurant locations where visitors can nab their favourite dairy-free cheese.

Daiya fans can also now “Submit a Recipe” including servings, ingredients, instructions and an image.

Finally, to ensure the Daiya community is strong and connected, we built a dedicated “Socialize” page, and incorporated social-sharing buttons throughout the site. This way Daiya fans can easily share blog posts and tried and true recipes, and can engage Daiya through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr.

The result is a beautiful, resource-oriented online headquarters for Daiya’s growing community.
