Pacific Restaurant Supply

A business on-the-go gets a website that works from any mobile device.

The Project

Pacific Restaurant Supply is a kitchen design, stainless steel, and supply company—outfitting restaurants all across British Columbia. They are a business on-the-go: when they’re not in their Vancouver offices, they’re on tablets, in restaurant booths, or at bars, celebrating their clients’ latest ventures. Their website needed to showcase their products in a range of restaurant settings and give prospective clients the easiest means to get in touch with them.

We took Pacific Restaurant Supply through our strategy process, and determined that the site would need to be used as if it were a mobile business card—showcasing their results elegantly, no matter what device a potential client is using. To that end, we built a slick responsive site that is equally optimized for desktop, tablet or mobile browsers. Another important consideration is ease-of-use, so we built the site on Symphony CMS—a really robust content management system with an incredibly intuitive user-interface.

Pacific Restaurant Supply unveiled their website at BC Food Expo 2012, and since the launch their traffic has consisted of 68% new visitors. The new website is central to Pacific Restaurant Supply’s marketing program and is a source of pride for their team.

"Domain7 delivered an outstanding product despite working on an extremely tight timeline. Their entire process is first rate, from strategy to design, and they really delve deeper than creating 'just a website'. They took the time to truly understand what we wanted and needed out of our digital platforms. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to take the next step in their online communication and marketing plans."Luke Evanow, President
