Smart Savvy + Associates is a Vancouver-based high-end marketing and communications recruitment agency. They specialize in seeing past the resume and cover letter of an individual to see the real value that an individual would bring to a company, and in turn helping employers find a good fit in an employee.

We rebuilt their old site from the ground up using Drupal, a more robust open-source CMS than the older proprietary system, leaving S+S with an easy-to-use system after we were finished.  We integrated their recruit search system, HireDesk, with the new CMS, adding helpful technology such as an IP recognition system that would tailor the site depending on where the user was accessing the site from: Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, or San Francisco. We also created a blog on their website to establish a teaching platform for them to be viewed as the experts they are. The finished product; an attractive, intuitive, urban-themed website that speaks intelligence and style like the employees every creative firm seeks after.
