NND needed a partner skilled in human-centered design to create a digital experience that reflected and enhanced the value of the outstanding services this healthcare innovator has provided to their community since 2001.

Domain7 led the NND team through an extensive research process—from in-depth interviews with customers and staff, to experience mapping exercises, to technology exploration—that helped them understand their community and how to serve them even better. The long-term vision for Nurse Next Door is for a digital hub that will empower their team to deliver personalized services more efficiently with the help of a well-rounded user experience that is as beautiful as it is functional.

As British Columbia's leading benefits provider for over 75 years, Pacific Blue Cross needed an app that reflected the organization’s comprehensive understanding of healthcare and deep commitment to serving their community of 1.5 million British Columbians.
