Coaching & collaboration

Domain7’s approach to organization design is deeply collaborative. We begin by building close relationships with our partners’ teams, creating a baseline understanding of their current capabilities. We often select bite-sized projects as pilots, with our team either collaborating in delivering the work, or coaching our partner’s teams as they take the reins. We then provide clear plans and paths to support continued design evolution.
